'Flare'
This piece was a private commission. Photographs of the spectacular views were taken for inspiration during the first site visit, and the lens flare that resulted from the sun setting on the horizon inspired this piece. The polished stainless steel and acrylic sculpture stands 2.1 metres tall on a polished granite base, and can be viewed from both sides.
